Dr. David Sinclair’s episode was very interesting and informative. He takes 1 gram of NMN every day and seems to be very confident that it works for stimulating NAD and in doing that helps mitigate the affects of aging. Other than it appearing to aid Mice in gaining endurance running he didn’t mention any evidence. NAD and NMN are showing up all over the place including IV “bars” across the nation. There was a AMA where Peter Attia (#35) seemed to discount that NAD has been proven to work. Interested to get your take and would love to get Dr. Sinclair to square off with Peter Attila’s guest Matt Kaeberlein as they seem to totally disagree on NAD and Metformin.
Hey Legend! Thank you for everything you do! In a previous AMA…. You say you are no longer using Bluetooth headsets and are using corded ones. Are you using the “low EMF” ones with a tubes or using the standard corded headsets (like apple provides with phone)?
I am a deputy sheriff and work nights (8pm-8am) 4 days a week. The other 3 I sleep normal hours to spend time with family etc. What can I do to maximize sleep and be less tired, mentally fatigued and sluggish. I struggle to get more than 4 hours of good sleep during the day even though I sleep in a blacked out room, take melatonin and try to exercise when I feel energetic enough. Thanks for the help!
