HRV

I'm new to distance running. I'm training to run a half marathon running about 35 miles per week and lifting 3 times a week. A couple of my friends who have gotten me into distance running and I were talking about our hrvs. They can run under 3 hour marathons and have, run close to 70 miles a week and yet my HRV usually sits around 130-140 on well rested nights while there's sit at about 80 on well rested night. We use the same Harmon device and whoop. What would cause this? Assuming they are significantly more advanced in their cardio training.

Please fix the website

I find it very difficult to find episodes, AMA's and particularly transcripts on the website. It also is very confusing to jump back and forth to the super cast site. It would be very helpful to have one page form which members could find everything. That's not what I see now when i log in.

Approved non-surgical method to regain skin elasticity

Is there any approved non-surgical method to regain skin elasticity (Loose skin) in the belly area after weight loss? I lost weight when I was in high school and now I am 40 years old and have been on a restrict diet (Low carb < 30 gr/day) and exercise program for the past 20 years. But the loose skin under my bellybutton does not go away. Please help.

sleep percentages

I'm consistently getting between 3-11% of deep sleep, and my stage 2 sleep is consistently between 65-75% of my night (over the past few years). I've been keeping QQRT in mind (over the past few months) and feel rested for the most part. I'm really trying to focus on my working memory (which I realized is very poor after doing your working memory test). I'm trying to use sleep to aid working memory. Any ideas? Or any ideas on how to get more deep sleep? Are the ratios important?

EMF Biological impact

I have been dealing with dealing with severe chronic fatigue syndrome for the last 12 years. I had to stop my engineering career. I tried some many approches to improve my situation. I found out 3 years ago that minimizing the EMF exposure had a HUGE positive impact on my health. I am therefore eager to hear about where the science is at regarding the knowledge of the biological impact of EMF as well as what is preventing the science to evolve more rapidly. I am worried that we might be facing a big public health issue if not taken more seriously.
