Forming new relationships be it romantic or friendship is pretty challenging. Similar to how you made an episode on ADHD and focus, I was wondering if there could be an episode on protocols on improving social skills for those with Autism. May I ask how I can improve my social exhaustion threshold and recover from social burnout faster when social activities and interactions are inevitable?
