Following your recommendation, I have experienced very positive results from a cold shower first thing every morning. I don't want to overdo, but I wonder if 2 or 3 per day would be even better, maybe one late morning and one mid afternoon, after my short (15-minute) naps. Thanks.
When police officers or soldiers in combat zones are in the heat of battle where their lives are at stake, how is fine motor movement affected? Do they really diminish under that sort of stress, and to what extent? Is the decrease or change of the level of fine motor movement constant, or does it vary during that kind of stress? What are natural ways to minimize the effect of stress on fine motor movement? I mean all this for short duration during the actual combat lasting perhaps a few minutes to twenty minutes, or whatever span of time you have knowledge of.
