The Athlete's Guide to Recovery (Roundtree, 2011) strongly recommends adding yoga to an athletes recovery. Have you considered adding yoga to the fitness protocol? Where do you think it would best fit in the foundational template?

Would basic biology course/podcast be a content in demand?
