I've decided to experiment on myself by changing the side that I sleep on; I have slept solely on my right side for most likely my whole life; I thought, what if gravity pulls more blood and oxygen to one side of my brain? So, for about a week now, I've been sleeping on my left to draw that blood into the left side. Difficult to fall asleep at first. I can't wait to hear back about this. So far, what happened is a minor mood issue that's resolved and less creativity when it comes to typing on message boards and having new ideas.
