The idea of curing aging has been a long-time dream of the human species. What is your outlook on the field of research working to combat the entropy of aging, and do you have any intuition of whether it may successfully add years to the average human lifespan?
You recently gave some brief advice for people who have suffered from a concussion. (No alcohol, HBOT, biofeedback, supplementation for brain health) Could you elaborate on this? Would some of the same advice apply to people who have suffered from other kinds of injury to the CNS? I am bouncing back from neurological Lyme disease and have found HBOT and interactive neuromuscular stimulation to be helpful, but my doctor and I are always looking for ways to speed up my recovery.
Any gene polymorphisms associated with dopamine, serotonin, and other neurotransmitters and molecules production? For example, if one was told that they have 5-HTTLPR genotype S/S is an indicator of poor serotonin regulation and they have to supplement with 5HTP and certain types of B vitamins. Is there a strong research on this, or a tool to sell something? Also, are there any other items in this emerging area? Thanks!
