From the meditation podcast, when our minds wander we go into a default mode. I have noticed this over and over where after 8 hours of extremely focused work, when I take a break, my mind is all over the place and I feel every small detail in my body - almost instantly feeling unwell because I can feel everything very clearly. I have tried exteroception meditation by going out for a walk but it has been extremely difficult to not focus on all the physiological problems. What would you recommend doing here?
