In an earlier podcast you referenced Apigenin and its potential benefits for sleep. However, I wondered whether you found this effective on a daily basis or whether your reference was based more on episodic / when travelling or needed basis. That is, is Apigenin effective for sleep if used routinely? Are there risks to daily use? thank you!
My high functioning autistic (+ADHD-I) 19yo son’s autism traits worsened during and after a 3mth period of regular cannabis use at age 17. He was also self medicating at the time with alcohol and dropped out of his final year of school with 6mth before graduation. His health is somewhat better now but I have trouble getting him out of the house. He is doing well at uni but does most of it online (computer science). After listening to your cannabis episode I’m wondering if there is anything that could potentially reverse any impacts the cannabis could have caused? I encourage him to take fish oil, B complex, zinc and Mg.
