I read that you joined the advisory board of Whoop, are you now using the Whoop strap? Would you recommend it, and if so, why? Would you care to compare Oura Ring and Whoop? More generally, what are the pros and cons of tracking your sleep?
Could you do a deep dive on gene expression? I am constantly hearing things like gene expression and HDAC inhibitors referenced in the podcasts I listen to. However, I still feel that I do not fully understand the subject, or the steps that need to take place in order for a gene to be expressed.
