Science behind benefits of ‘living naturally’

I was wondering if there is any science to support the ibenefits of ‘living naturally’ beyond (but including) light exposure and circadian rhythms. I’m thinking of everything from using less supportive footwear, less supportive furniture, less processed food, increased exposure to plants, animals, and soil, etc. And if there is some benefits are there ways that city apartment dwellers can cultivate this in their lives?

Elevated liver enzymes in athletes?

I am an athlete, and my liver enzymes have been *slightly* elevated for a while now. I've read online that this is common and normal for people who train hard. What is the truth? All my other bloodwork is normal, and I am very healthy. Thanks!

Should we be worried about Aflatoxins?

I have made some significant changes in my diet over the past year, including shifting towards more healthy fats & a mostly plant based diet (& I feel amazing on both!) As part of this, my nut consumption has increased a lot, to around 50g per day, and I also use natural peanut butter daily. When I listen to other health focused podcasts, many say to avoid these foods due to the aflatoxins they contain, and now I'm left wondering whether I'm doing more harm than good. Can you please provide some insight into what the literature says on these toxins, and whether my level of consumption is even a reason for concern? thank you!
