Does Magnesium Bisglycinate cross the Blood Brain Barrier?

This form of magnesium is often recommended on the podcast as an alternative to Magnesium Threonate, but I am wondering why it is considered the next best form. From the limited information I was able to find on the internet it does not seem to cross the BBB like Threonate. As a follow up, Glycine is also recommended as a sleep supplement. 2.5g of Magnesium Bisglycinate contains 250mg of Magnesium and 2.25g of Glycine. Does this separate and have the same effect as taking 2.25g of Glycine separately? Is this killing two birds with one stone? Or is it not that simple?

Digestive enzymes

Many supplement companies sell digestive enzymes (a blend of things like peptidase, amylase,...). What are digestive enzymes, do they work, is there any science to support their use, are they harmless/dangerous?

Ear worms (songs getting stuck in the head)

I have become cognizant of the fact that it is very easy for a song to get “stuck” in my head upon wake up, it’s called an ear worm. This little “problem” can happen if I hear a popular song in the morning. It can even happen by reading anything that triggers the memory of a lyric in an song and a “clip” of that song will replay for the following hours in my head. I would like to figure out how to turn those occurrences into a “super power” that I can maximize in the mornings, any ideas? Does it have to be related to music?
