In the last episode Dr. Chris Palmer shared his discoveries About ketogenic diet and I would like to ask: is the high consumption of red meat detrimental to human health especially colon cancer? (I remember seeing many researches pointing to that evidence) Not questioning the nutritious value of red meat itself as we know it is rich in minerals (not achievable necessarily without supplementation if you decided to go vegan or even pescatarian) but eating meat daily feels “wrong” too.. do we have any progress in this field of research pointing otherwise? It could be the egg vs cholesterol story all over again.. thank you for your awesome work!
I use zinc oxide sunscreen and wondering if it's safe. I have seen sunscreens that also include titanium oxide and wondering if that is safe? Can you explain which ingredients in the most current sunscreens have been studied for efficacy and safety and with long-term daily use.
