My 13 year old daughter wants to maximize her potential height. Puberty has started, so there's no concern about her pituitary gland not functioning, and she's well nourished. We are trying to optimize her sleep - it's a challenge with terrible high school start times. I was thinking sauna or other heat exposure might be useful. I'd love to hear your thoughts on what might be effective and safe to enhance growth in height. Thank you for this and all you do to share your knowledge.
I was asked a very good question by a client regarding a majority of studies in general regarding the lack of female participants and non white subjects, particularly to the cold/heat exposure studies and benefits. Can you enlighten as to the reasons for the lack of diverse subjects or my client’s concern was inaccurate? I would also love to know if more diverse studies exist particularly in Cold/Heat exposure not only for age but for race and gender. Do you think there is any possible differences among race or gender regarding the current studies results?
We already know from the great professor about how to breathe on many occasions (for example: to get energy, to relax, to become alert and calm, while running, etc). My question is: how to breathe during sex for better erection, better duration i.e. for better sex? Thanks in advance!
