As a premium member, why do I still get all the advertising? I love this podcast and am happy to support it and research - but do I also have to hear ads?

You take AG-1 twice a day; is that twice the recommended scoop per day?

I've begun taking AG-1 because of a post-surgery difficulty with taking pills/capsules, and so far am very pleased with its replacement of many of my supplements - and improvement in the quality of some. As I've listened to you podcasts, I've heard you say that you often take AG-1 twice a day. When I began AG-1 I couldn't get an answer as to whether I should use a level scoop or heaping scoop. So I used an almost heaping scoop. When I ran out prior to the month and reordered, they seemed very concerned that I wasn't taking the prescribed amount. What is your rationale for twice a day? And is that one or two flat or heaping scoops? Thanks. As an aside, your podcasts have given me a wealth of relevant and usable data to improve my life. I cannot thank you enough...

NAD+ related supplements to combat cellular aging

What is you take on supplements with Nicotinamide Riboside (NR-E)
 and/or Pterostilbene (PT)
to boost NAD+? Useful for combatting cellular aging? For other purposes, such as maintaining circadian cycles?

Hypoxic training - any benefits/dangers?

Please can I ask if there is any advantage/disadvantage to training with reduced oxygen? Some gyms are marketing this as a way to improve Vo2 max (30-minute sessions a few times a week). Thank you.

Toolkit to help people lower baseline anxiety...

Would you ever consider creating a "toolkit" to help people reduce their baseline anxiety? This might help people who have experienced trauma and have high baseline anxiety. But it could also help people who experience certain times of life that raise their 'normal' baseline for extended periods of time. Your toolkits for sleep, exercise and focus are excellent! I just wondered if you could create one in this area. Thank you.
