Suggestion: An entire episode on Ultradian rhythm

Episode on everyday Hallucinations

I read somewhere that we all hallucinate quite a bit during the day. I would like to learn more about that. For example, I experience quite regularly olfactory hallucinations. I thought that was normal and fun but someone told me that's not normal.

Episode suggestion: Dreams and Dream interpretation

I am wondering whether there is any solid research that has been done on why we dream what we dream. The sleep episode covers a little bit (so does James Walker's book) but not enough for me. I would really like a whole episode dedicated to it.

What kind of Data should we all have about our bodies?

What information should everyone have about their body (e.g. what blood tests, blood group, does it make sense to use a glucose monitor, hrv, genetic tests...)? I can't do things like Insight tracker - it's too expensive and not in the US and I much rather like to get non-ad information

What wearables and other gadgets do you recommend?

I am really big into wearables and gadgets to improve myself and my performance. Are there some that you recommend and what does not make much sense? An entire episode on this would be great too
