Andrew, Not sure if you've ever talked about benefits or otherwise of niacin, particularly when tied in with a sauna practice. Love to hear your thoughts on it and if advisable, a recommended dosage. Also, you recommend 50mg/day of apigenin for sleep. The only source I've found so far has 500mg capsules. I've tried these with no obvious good or bad effect. I'm wondering if there's a long term negative impact from this high a dose. Thanks and Great podcast! Rob
I am restating my previous question about kava to include all nootropics. As someone who doesn’t drink, it can be challenging to socialize at events where everyone is drinking. Can you go over different nootropics that could be used as social Lubricants? Doses, benefits, risks etc
Hey, I am a MD and working with GLP1 inhibitors for weight loss for past year a lot. It is great but good percentage of Pts experience hair loss now. I can’t get any answers from the producing pharmacy and nothing so far I can find in the literature. Would you have any explanation by any chance? Upping micronutrients does not help much Thank you
