After listening to your most recent podcast I believe you alluded to cannabis impacting the vascular system but did not directly state the impact chronic use could have on blood pressure. A dear friend of mine vapes cannabis nightly for sleep and has recently has skyrocketing blood pressure ( in emergency room when it was 220/170) Blood pressure meds are not helping. Her physician suggested said the vaping may be contributing but she believes this relaxes her. Is there science behind an absolute increase in blood pressure with nightly vaping of cannabis?
So I was a weekend drinker and I weigh about 180 and I’m 5’8 and I can drink quite a lot but I have never had a hangover there has been times where I drink close to a case and a lot of whiskey in the same night and I wake up perfectly fine so I am curious why that is I never wake up sick or anything I feel normal
Would it be possible to provide, for each Podcast Episode, a complete list of the references (articles, books etc.)? The podcast is so rich and dense with references! It would be awesome if we had access to all the references, so we can dive in a specific topic that sparks our interest. Congratulations for the amazing work!
I’m thinking a family member may have this disorder. They have been to digestive doctor, after primary care doctor referred them. Has had endoscopy, ultra sound, test to see how long it takes food to digest, gallbladder, and bloodwork, with no answers. Vomiting comes with a migraine headache either before or after the episode. I googled (uh-oh) and found that Charles Darwin had this, and it is very debilitating for quality of life. Some supplements were mentioned, like antihistamines, CoQ10, L-Carnitine …. My question is, have you heard of this and are there any supplements you think would be helpful? He is not on any migraine meds, and is a 29 year old skateboarder! Thanks for any input you may have.
