How dangerous are BPA and related checmicals. Should they be avoided at all cost?

Recently I came across this study recently. https://www.nature.com/articles/s42003-021-01966-w I'm wondering what your thoughts are on current research for bpa and related chemicals and if you personally avoid foods that contain it like canned foods.

Cortisol release too early?

I rarely have a problem falling asleep and usually sleep pretty well for the fist half of the night. Often if i wake up in the middle of the night I struggle going back to sleep or I wake up after 6 hours and can't get back to sleep. I do all the things around light in the morning, cold tubs and exercising. Could I be releasing Cortisol too early?

Raynaud's phenomenon and cold exposure

I am a thin-yet-fit 61yo woman, chill very easily, and have had Raynaud's phenomenon since my early 20s. I have been advised to stay warm to ward off arterial spasm in my fingers, which happens very easily, so I use the sauna but not cold plunge. I'm wondering if I should try not only using cold shower water for a minute or two after warm water, but a modified plunge (short, shallow, not-too-cold) in an attempt to increase brown fat and perhaps reduce episodes of vasospasm, or if I should simply stay away from that much cold exposure. The underlying question is: Can I do anything to mitigate Raynaud's phenomenon using heat and cold exposure? Many thanks!
