Research On Long-Term ADHD Medication Use (Neurological risks other than addiction)

Do you know of any quality research linking any specific neurological issues to the long-term use of these stimulants? I would like to know for myself and a family member in their mid 60's that has recently been diagnosed and prescribed Adderall. I understand from your episodes on ADHD and dopamine, the risks of large peaks in dopamine and I remember hearing you mention separately that electrical signaling can cause neuron death if it is too intense. Medication has great benefits but I am worried about the long-term risks based on personal experience and what you've shared. Thank you for your invaluable time and insight.

Myo inositol for sleep?

I just finished the podcast on supplementation and have never heard of myoinositol being used to improve sleep quality in those who wake but struggle to get back to sleep. I wanted to dig further into this but the only thing I am finding is studies done on pregnant women. I know it's used for women with PCOS and that have potentially high testosterone issues so my concern/question would be on using this to improve sleep quality for men that suffer with an inability to get back to sleep when other lifestyle factors are in place. Can you share any research? Where was this information from the podcast gathered from? I'd like to research it a bit more. Thanks!

Dentistry

Interested in your thoughts and observations surrounding the following (along with general oral health): - Peptides and/for enamel regrowth (see https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27294918/, https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16433964/) - [newer and older] Cosmetic procedures and their effects: Gum grafts, implants, veneers, etc. - The proliferation of at-home teeth whitening products - Bacteria in the mouth - Skeletal structure and how chewing affects the mouth etc (I realize this veers into nutrition a little bit) - And last but not least something always gets left out of the 'avoid BPA in plastic bottles' conversation - what about BPA in dentistry? And I'm sure there's more to extrapolate from there :)
