Dehydration as cause of waking up too early?

Lately, no matter what I do I wake up too early. Can't even get 6 hours of sleep in. I noticed that my urine is comparatively very dark whenever I wake up. Could dehydration cause me to wake up?

Current Athletes and Head Trauma

Can Nootropics like Lions Mane, CBD oil and other supplements help with conditions surrounding CTE and head trauma? I’ve just started taking Lions Mane and feel like it’s helped with brain fog and brings an overall boost in my mood. My question is, would these supplements help for long term brain health? What about mental/physical exercise? I’ve been in the NFL for over 5 years now and hope to play more but I know I’ve sustained hits that will permanently affect my mental health and have long term issues. I would love to know your thoughts. Thank you for your time we all greatly appreciate it.

Cooking with plastics, PTFE Teflon, Estrogen

I recently bought some HexClad pans not knowing the non-stick was PTFE. Also I wonder if sous vide cooking poses a risk.

Aphantasia - memory, dreams, meditation

Why are some unable to visually imagine pictures? Can they practice? How does it relate to (lucid) dreams, memory, and meditation?

EMS Usage for Injury Recovery

In July 2022, I suffered a complete disruption of my left quadricep tendon. It not only tore from the patella but also delaminated from itself. I underwent a two and a half hour surgery to repair it. I've been in physical therapy twice a week since September 2022. I've recovered passive and active range of motion, and now need to build quadricep strength, especially in the distal quadricep. Has the use of Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) been proven to speed the building of strength or hypertrophy in muscles atrophied from injury? Additionally, is EMS effective if used during exercise to increase muscle contraction activation to stimulate greater strength gains or hypertrophy? Thank you.
