How do I find a qualified Hormone Specialist near me?

I loved the episode with Dr. Gottfried and I'd like to find someone in my area who has similar knowledge/practice to get my life back on track. There are so many people claiming to be hormone specialists, how do I find a competent practitioner? Is there a certifying board or does Dr. Gottfried have anyone in the SoCal area that she'd recommend? Thank you!

Request for a video that explains all breathing techniques.

You have shared a lot of useful advice about various ways to breathe, based on their benefits and effects eg the physiological sigh. As this information is spread around many tweets, interview clips, and HL podcast episodes, would be it be possible to create a short "How To" video that explains all of the breathing techniques please?

Women health specialist in San Francisco are or Miami

Greatest episode of all, thank you for your conversation with Dr. Gottfried, I have been taking notes as much as possible. I am lucky my father and brother are medical doctors in my country of origin. But in the US it has been difficult to find someone that understands women issues. Since I heard Dr. Gottfried I am in a quest to find some kind of medical service or a doctor that reflects Dr. Gottfried holistic, humanistic kind of practice. I live in Miami, FL but I can easily travel to San Francisco. If you can point me in the right direction either or in both cities it would help my life. Thank you.

Nicotine question

Hello, I have been experimenting with Zyn pouches seeking benefit with cognitive performance. I do notice the bump in dopamine and improved mood and cognition. I am only ingesting around 12-24 mg or less a day. I’ve been doing this for 90 days. I am wondering about the downsides of this, more specifically in relation to endothelial risk and cardiac risk. Are there any data that nicotine solely as a compound can harm this system, or would I be ok at this low dose in this regard. I do not use it prior to exercise due to the vasoconstriction. Any help here would be greatly appreciated!

Alchool consumption

Hello!! First of all, thank you for all you do. You have no idea - or may you do - how many lives you have improved or changed. I just finished listening about your explanation of why alchool is bad for us. I am a 44 year old female, who started drinking when I was a teenager, like 14-15 and probably never stoped until this year. 33 days sober now and going strong. I am also a breast cancer survivor, no wonder why I got it when I was only 35. My question is about how long do you think that it will take for me to somewhat, recover from these years of drinking and start seeing some signficant changes in my body? I am former cigarrete smoker too but that I quit many years ago. I don't do and never done any other drugs. Thanks again, Peace and love, Jana
