Testosterone and weight lifting

Can you discuss how weight lifting can increase testosterone. Can you additionally discuss how working out different muscles groups affects testosterone? For example, I feel (although I do not have blood work to confirm this) that my testosterone increases most after working out my leg muscles.

Eye tracking applications

There are eye tracking glasses today capable of taking precise (and sometimes also accurate with calibration) measurements of a wearer's pupil diameter, gaze direction, and blink rate. What do you envision as the best early applications to leverage these devices for either general health (think: ubiquitous fitness trackers but for cognitive load) or for particular applications (eg monitoring a particular disease)?

Dangers in heart rate monitor light?

Are there any hazards or dangers associated with the red/green light projected to the skin by heart rate monitors? I currently use a Garmin Fenix7 watch. Thank you very much for spreading your knowledge and all you are doing! Love from Peru!!

As a powerlifter, what are reasonable protocols for endurance, long steady state, and high intensity sprints? How do I add these to my program without hindering performance? Is there any evidence that these can enhance performance?

Should I remove braces or not?

Your insights have been truly enlightening and I have learned so much from watching them. I recently got braces in August 2022 and I am now faced with a decision about whether I should continue wearing them for another year or remove them. I recall that you mentioned in one of your videos that braces can have a negative impact on health and I would be honored to receive your professional opinion on this matter.
