Fish oil/omega 3 oxidation

Recently I noticed several social media posts warning about fish oil/omega 3 oxidation. Is this topic really problematic and/or is it very harmful to health if you swallow oxidized fish oil capsules? Which forms are the best (triglycerides or vitamin E) and what should I look for when buying?

I have heard that cannabis use prevents REM sleep. Can this be said as a general rule or do low doses have a positive rather than negative effect on sleep?
