Multiple vitamins for male fertility

I’m a 33 year old male, trying to improve my fertility. I’m taking: Zinc (50mg), Q10, Omega 3 (epa & dha), Tongkat Ali (400mg), Ashwagandha (430mg), L-Carnitine. Does it make sense to take all these vitamins together? Should I take them for a limited time? Thank you!

Stage 3 HPA Axis Dysfunction & Cold Plunges

Based on my labs, I have high levels of dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine, and epinephrine (and 0 cortisol). Is it safe/beneficial for me to cold plunge? I did it consistently for a while back and felt great. But it worries me that it increases dopamine and adrenaline when I already have high levels. I tend to do 2-3 minutes in 45-50 degree water. I am a female and take around 3-5 days off during my cycle to be safe. Thank you!

Anti-catabolic supplements effects on longevity fasting

Peter Attia and David Sinclair as well as many others are big promoters of fasting for longevity. You all also promote the longevity benefits of muscle mass and strength. Could you do an episode on fasting for longevity, how it affects senescent cells, and the other components that go into it. I believe I've heard that high intensity exercise can help deplete glycogen and accelerate the transition to autophagy( i think? maybe more than that?). Strenght training during a fast is supposed to help maintain muscle tissue, does it have negative affects on the fast? What about BCAA's EAA's even just leucine and or isoleucine? What about Beta Hydroxy Beta Methylbutyrate? Even if there are some minimal calories in these things will they have any significant effect on the fast(like 40 cal per day)? Does doing keto a few days leading up to the fast help/hurt, does it matter if you are already keto adapted or not? I would love a deep dive on fasting for longevity episode addressing all this and whatever else you know about it!
