methylene blue - potent antioxidant, improves mitochondrial respiration, crosses blood brain barrier, increasing brain cell respiration, neuroprotective, inhibits nitric oxide, reduces brain aging / alzheimers

MB restores MPTP-induced depletion of dopamine in the striatum and is a strong inducer of BDNF. It protects dopaminergic neurons through upregulation of BDNF. It increases mitochondrial energy, binds to superoxides reducing them to water before they do damage. Its MAO benefits boost serotonin, norephinephrine assisting with anxiety, depression and memory. My question is why does MB NOT receive say for example, the same amount of attention as omega 3 fatty acids from a neuroscience founded podcast when it has many benefits and extensive peer reviewed research and is for the most part, less expensive than a quality omega 3. Thanks

Skin, please!

What are the best supplements and behaviors to support and improve skin texture, elasticity, collagen production, etc.? This is of concern for so many people, be it due to concerns of aging, or skin issues during weight loss, or impacts of the environment. There’s something for everything else, so hoping you have some good information for skin health and appearance. Thank you!

Ron.

Morning sunlight
