Couples Behavioral Therapy

Hi Andrew! My husband and i have been a loop for a very long time of the same arguments and triggers. Nothing we disagree on is ever important. No infelicity, no abuse, no misery. Always stupid unimportant things that trigger us. We love each other very much and have a wonderful solid, healthy family together. Im wondering if there are behavior therapists for couples out there. There are a lot of substance abuse behavioral therapists, but that's not what's needed. i really think it's about habitual behaviors. Does this type of therapy exist for couples? You're the best!!! Thank you!

Creatine

Hi Andrew, I love your podcasts and the knowledge and have referred you to many friends and associates. Can you recommend the creatine that you use? Thanks, Scott

Updates to Huberman's Weekly Fitness Protocols from Andy Galpin Guest Series

Hi, Could you provide an update to how your weekly foundational fitness protocol has been updated following the advice given by Andy Galpin in his recent guest series podcasts? I have been more-or-less following the foundational fitness protocol at https://hubermanlab.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/Neural_Network_Newsletter_Foundational_Fitness_Protocol.pdf, and I would like to know what about this protocol has been updated based on Dr. Andy Galpin's guest series podcast advice. Thanks in advance.

What are the effects of overtraining

How to know when you are overtrained Is there a specific type of training that is more likely to cause overtraining? How does overtraining affect sleep patterns and overall health? How can athletes and fitness enthusiasts avoid overtraining?

Note taking methods

I’d be interested in a deeper dive into the method, thought process, templates, etc that Dr Huberman uses when learning or preparing for podcasts. How are they organized? What does it look like? Why is it organized like that? What is the goal at each stage?
