Beard

Following your episode on hair loss. What about beard growth for adults who don't have beard? Is there a solution other than implants? Thanks!

frequent context switching within an ultradian cycle

I am trying to utilize ultradian cycles to maximize the efficiency of my deep work. However, as someone who works in the domain of experiments, I find it difficult to stop working on an experiment that has lost relevance once I enter a contextual state. Currently, I believe the best solution is to interrupt my work and engage in a deliberate reflection session to reorient myself towards current constraints. However, the momentum of deep work seems to be lost due to the fragmentation of the ultradian cycle. Is there any neuroscientific knowledge that can help sort such oscillating contexts with a focus on maximizing productivity? What does neuroscience say about frequent context switching within an ultradian cycle?

Air pollution

I would really appreciate an episode on air pollution. I live in a country which sometimes has AQI of 160+ for many consecutive weeks and I would like to understand if it's better to keep inside buildings with air purifiers as much as possible for the entire periods (often months) or are there any other ways of dealing with it (how reliable are pollution masks, etc).

WFM & Tinnitus In General

WFM was again discussed in the recent episode on stress management. While it is undoubtedly beneficial for many, it triggers chronic tinnitus in a lot of people. Wim himself has even responded to this but merely said that people are doing it wrong and/or that it's harmless. Anyone with chronic tinnitus can say that, psychologically speaking, it's anything but. Either for those of us that have tinnitus but are uneasy with the risks of it getting worse or for people without it interested in WFM could you please look into how it might cause or worsen tinnitus?

Time Preception and Space-Time Bridging

I listened to the episode of HLP about time perception and goal setting. There are some things that confuse me, The painful experience and happy experience, both have a high frame rate in our mind because they attach to the dopamine system. Therefore, I intuitively think both experiences would feel that time is slow at present. Yet, the happy experience feels fast. What is the factor to make both experiences feel different? Also, for space-time bridging, when we try to make the attention transform from inside the body to extrapersonal space, we start to attach the dopamine system and align it with long time intervals because we get into panorama vision so that our time perception is in a low frame rate. Do I understand right? I'm sorry for asking these stupid questions.
