Hi Andrew! I've been following your podcast since it just begun and it helped me immensely, thank you so much for everything you do :) I'm a 22yo female, a hard-working freelancer and soon to be first time mum. My productivity and health routine are a big part of my life, but since I've gotten pregnant I've been feeling so tired and low-energy all the time. I'm only at 12 weeks so I'm scared to even think of what's to come, not to mention the first year of the baby when I likely won't get any sleep. What tips would you recommend to maintain enough energy to push through daily work and chores, while being constantly exhausted by your own body and a newborn baby that won't let you maintain your healthy habits? Thanks a lot in advance.
I have (OCP) ocular pentritical pemphigoid which is painfully taking my sight. I am taking Cellcept and methotrexate for several months. No impact. Any recommendations for next steps or even where to get care would be greatly appreciated. Love the life - changing work that you do!
The common consensus in my culture is that babies/toddlers who grow up in a multilingual household will benefit from verbal communication in more than 1 language. Between my partner and myself, we speak 4 different languages on a regular basis. Is there a potential detriment from exposing our child to all these languages in day-to-day speech and response development? Will it impact fluency? Thank you!
There isn't much talk about skin, tactility, sensitivity, temperature, PH, and conductivity, and their perspective distribution when one is happy, calm, sad, or angry. What's the nerve response time, how does our mind affects the skin and how does skin affect our mind.
