I have had 2 left cerebellum stokes and fortunately don't have lasting weakness etc. I have never had high cholesterol but was told that it doesn't matter it is part of a protocol that will reduce the risk of another stoke. Are there other approaches?
Is there a protocol suggestion to reverse allergies besides allergy shots? For context I have been doing intermittent fasting, dieting and regular exercise which helped me lose 40lbs and brought my blood work numbers into a healthy zone. I feel great except my seasonal and cat allergies are still just as severe, I do take quercetin and when I did mostly keto diet I still had allergies so I’m at a loss. Thank you!
