My question is about teenegers and sleep.Could You develop a protocol ,for all of us parents with teens, who struggle with getting them to sleep and waiking up in the morning, without us losing our minds.Personaly ,I implemented all Your protocols, from lovingly confiscating their devices at 8pm ,to locking them on a terace to watch a sunset with me.They get the morning sunlight,by walking before school, they get exercise and they eat well. Both of them can't fall asleep before 11pm,but their wake up time is 6.30.And every morning it's a struggle.I can see how it affects their mood and concentration thru out the day.Profe,You are our last hope in this battle.Thank You,for all You are doing for all of us.
Hello! Big time fan of your studies, and long time follower. I have a question regarding the IWatch and the RF, and LED Lights they admit to track health, as well as HR. Is this light potentially harmful to our skin, localized I assume to the area, and can the skin regenerate cells during the night hours when the watch is not being worn, to compensate for any irritation the watch might have caused during the hours worn? With health and science in mind, Thank you!
How should someone with an autoimmune condition (Hashimoto) who has a very low tolerance to exercise train / build up their capacity? Why does (even light) exercise trigger a flare up? (insomnia, general feeling of malaise, extreme fatigue) for several days after? Can someone with an autoimmune condition ever build up exercise capacity that is similar to a 'normal' person? How does this process affect the HPA axis? How can the flare up be prevent to allow the person to continue exercising and building their capacity? Thank you so much Dr Huberman for your work, you are a force of nature.
Thank you for your recent episode with Dr. Noam Sobel. Is experiencing someone's smell as 'yumm' rare? How many truly 'yumm' reactions could someone highly attuned to this sense potentially have in a lifetime? Is having a 'yumm' reaction to a potential sexual partner always a good thing? Or, could it be a means of bringing a connections we're meant to learn & grow from into our lives?
