Everything on peptides - effects, sourcing, safety concerns

In my BJJ gym the talk is all about how effective peptides are for injury recovery and prevention. It sounds almost too good to be true. You've mentioned on other podcasts that you have used BPC 157 and sermorelin. What would you recommend for someone susceptible to muscle and ligament injuries (me)? I want to exercise more but I am often held back by muscle and/or ligament tears. At some point you made a twitter post an episode on peptides was upcoming but it was never published (unfortunately!) :)

Functional and integrative

I have been following you and Peter Attia. I understand Peter is no longer taking new patients. Do you have any recommendations as to who I could see that would be close to Peter in the world of functional and integrative medicine. I am a very fit 44-year-old male and my wife and I are very avid followers of yours. We are also planning on attending your Chicago course. I appreciate your help.

Depersonalization and derealization

Hi Dr. Huberman, suffering from dpdr since a teenager is there any advice or protocols to get rid of dpdr sometimes I feel like I'm not the one making my choices also seeing my hands or nose bothers me. I've really been suffering from years it's taken my life from me.

New developments in Meniere's treatment/management

I just finished the pod cast on hearing and dizziness. It touched briefly on vertigo and nauseous but not to the extent of a full blown Meniere's attack. I have experienced numerous attacks which have left me incapacitated for up to 8 hours and then suffered a 1,2 or even 3 day hangover. I'm on a low sodium diet, I cut out caffeine and most sugar. I have lost 7% of the hearing in my right ear and have had some mastoid bone removed on that side to allow for move fluid expansion. I have also lost about 50% of the hearing in my left ear as well. I'm a 76 year old body builder and stay as active as I can but have had to stop my HIIT and circuit classes due to the head movements while on the floor (sit-ups or getting down and up repeatedly). Any advice or referral would be greatly appreciated. I belong to numerous Meniere's groups that share information and I feel fortunate that I do not have tinnitus and my episodes are not very often any longer. I have found that if I take a potassium supplement before a big meal it keeps down the brain fog and if I catch the onset quick enough, one half dropper of Hemp CBD can calm the nerves so it doesn't mature to a full blown attack. Thank you, Glenn Morrison

How Exercise Time Blocks Impact Effects

Say someone had the following workout: 200 pushups, 5 minutes of wall sits, 200 tricep dips, 50 pull-ups, 10 minutes of planks and it would take them roughly 30 minutes with rests between sets (i.e. 40 pushups straight into 1 minute wall sit, and so on, break and then cycle). What are the positive or negative impacts to breaking that into 5-6 mini workouts spaced throughout the day? For instance if that person were to do the entire cycle over 5-6 minutes at 8 AM, and then go on about their day and do the same cycle at 10 AM, then Noon, 2PM and 4PM, would the extended rests help or hurt hypertrophy, sleep, heart rate, hrv.....?
