What are the most common bottlenecks, which undermine peoples’ locomotion, resilience, and longevity; and habits that provide a counterbalance to this predicament?

COMT enzyme role in ADHD

Does having a genetically “fast” Cyclo oxygenase methyltransferase enzyme degrade dopamine faster causing predisposition to ADHD ? Will substances such as nicotine and THC improve dopamine delivery in these patients ? And hence pre-frontal cortex functioning and executive functioning ? Thank you

How to balance mass gaining with longevity?

I hear that the best key to longevity is fewer calories and keeping the body have the fewest metabolic cycles and heat as can be -- is there a graph that can elucidate an intersection point between the health/longevity benefits of exercise vs. the metabolic stress that works against it? e.g. with the latest knees study, I'm not sure that running is even the right thing to do. But mostly this question is in context of weight training and growing muscle mass.

Best lamp (with UV?) for long-night winter season

I was looking into available lamps to use them during darker winter season in Central Europe. It is dark outside when I get up from middle October till March here. Are full spectrum plant growth LED lamps good for this? Or maybe some lamps that have specific UV light for reptiles and so on? Since most lamps will have UV spectrum disabled. Also what about light temperature. Should we go for daylight 5600-6500K or more sunrise "tinted" color like 3200-4000K? What are your light recommendations for improving out of the bed routine when there is no sun outside in the morning.
