FEEDBACK on STUDY: Leptin and New Supplement Effects on Fat Loss

Dear Andrew... I am looking for you expertise on a study completed on Leptin🙏🏼. In the study they are looking at Zenith a supplement and its effects on fat loss and adipocytikines in caloric-restricted and exercising overweight women. The study was conducted on women and it was a DBPC design. The women were randomized and the duration was eight weeks and subjects were 22 ranging. They use dexoscans to measure fat loss. The study was completed by the Human Performance Laboratory at the University of Connecticut by William Kramaer, Maren Fragala, Disa Hartfield, amongst others. Study: Fargala M et al. Influences of a dietary supplement in combination with exercise and diet regimen on adipocytokines and adiposity in women who are overweight. Eur J Appl Physiolo 2009; 105:665-72 I would love to hear your feedback in terms of this... I am 56 years old and I have started to use delta 8 six months ago in order to improve my sleep . I never smoked cannabis in my life . I was told that is safe to use it to help with my sleeping problem and that lack of sleep is way more dangerous for my health . I take approximately 12 mg per night and my sleep has improved massively , delta 8 came after trying everything else without success. After listening your last episode I am quite nervous about carry on taking delta 8 even if sleeping better is having a great positive effect in my life . What do you suggest ?

COLD + HEAT Timings

Hi - Thank you for everything you do. Quick question - in your episodes on cold/heat - you didn't discuss mixing. For example: Cold plunge followed by 20 minutes of sauna followed by another cold plunge? Should you do cold > hot or hot>cold first?
