Zone 2 Training

Hello - I seem to continue to find mixed information on the ideal heart rate band zone for zone 2 training. Some resources seem to indicate 60-70% of max hear rate, while other resources seem to indicate 70-80% of max rate. For those of us, who do not have an easy way to measure our lactate levels, are you able to provide any guidance on the optimal heart rate band? I know some other questions have asked about optimal frequency and duration of zone 2 training, so it would be great to hear your thoughts on that as well. Thank you!

Allergies

Hi, i have some food allergies but mainly i suffer from pollen allergy. As soon as trees and grasses start to flower my quality of life declines rapidly. I would really appreciate a Huberman deep dive in the science behind allergies and what can be done to improve symptoms. Is this topic on your Agenda? Thx

VISION: Divergence Insufficiency - Esophoria (Strabismus)

Would love more of an insight into divergence insufficiency and other forms of strabismus. I personally have esophoria (double vision at distance) and would like to know ways to improve it and regain control of my eye muscles. I have heard it can be improved with simple exercises such as brick string, life-saver card, etc. Is it possible to improve divergence insuffiency esophoria?

Neural plasticity

If I use motor movements to open plasticity is it still optimal to raise adrenaline immediately following the learning bout? Or can I just do as episode 7 says and start doing “other things” preferably reflexive “I know how to do well” I’m assuming?
