Muscle Cramps

I have listened to your podcasts. They are fantastic. You have done podcasts on hydration but why muscle cramps happen, was not discussed. Specifically, leg cramps. Why do we get cramps despite being hydrated? How can we fix this?

Sun exposure

I am confused about sun exposure. Should I wear sunscreen? I read that sun exposure can be good for vitamin D levels and even hormonal function. But I worry about skin cancer. I am personally very high risk for melanoma, but I also read that melanoma is only related to childhood sun exposure. Should I care if I get non-melanoma skin cancer?

Low Dose Naltexone effect on brain

Can you do an episode on naltrexone? I know it's a powerful agent at low doses. I know it affects endorphins, dopamine levels. I know it has an anti-inflammatory effect. I take it from time to time, when I feel lack of energy. My dog (husky, 16yrs) with a giant tumor (8kg at a body weight of 28kg) - no one wanted surgery him. Therapy with naltrexone alpha lipoic acid (liposomal) and reishi mushrooms, brought down the inflammation from 100k WBC to 17k WBC in a month. Thanks to the reduction in inflammation, someone undertook surgery and now he is 17 yrs :) I'm very interested in your opinion on the effects of LDN on the brain. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

The developing brain and cerebral palsy

Please could you do an episode on cerebral palsy considering the plasticity of a child's brain and effective treatment methods for eye development, motor development, spasticity, brain development etc. An interview with a researcher/clinician would also be brilliant to understand best practices and current concepts of the developing brain

Caffeine negative effects

Hi. In your recent AMA, you suggested people should avoid ingesting caffeine if it causes anxiety and sleep disturbance. I understand the point on sleep. Regarding anxiety, would you mind giving more information on why people should abstain from caffeine if the have anxiety following caffeine ingestion? Are there any categories, severity or duration of anxiety that this applies to? Or is this a blanket suggestion for all forms of anxiety linked to caffeine?
