Thank you for everything you're providing! You're podcast helped me a lot in my daily life and my clinical practice. I have listened several times to your podcasts about dopamine but didn't find an answer to my question. I am a very motivated person and always in pursuit of new goals. I also engage in activities that increases dopamine (working out, going out, hiking, travelling....). How to find the right balance to make sure not to experience too much dopamine drop or is it inevitable. In other words: what is too much "healthy " entertainment.
