I'm a 28y old otherwise healthy male, very active but years of professional soccer have screwed my ankle. I've been proposed to have ice picking surgery done on my ankle to remove damaged cartilage and stimulate the growth of new cartilage. I don't understand the details but would love to hear how this surgery works, benefits, risks and concerns. Also recommendation for post-surgery supplementation and perhaps even peptide treatment for optimal healing. Thanks!
In one of your podcasts an expert said that anything less than bowel movements every day = constipation. I go every other day, I have already made my diet as best I can including fibre and 30 different vegetables a week. Is it ok to take a shot of lactulose every other day? Or is it healthier to accept my slow bowels. (I used to go once a week before changing my diet)
