It seems clear that sleeping improves when in a cool room. Is the goal to breath cool air - so that warm sleepwear and bedsheets are fine? Or is the goal to expose the body to cooler temperatures, in which case it would be best to sleep with minimal sleepwear / covers?

After doing a 48-hour fast, I feel like my brain is super quick and clear. However, after a couple days or so, the effect fades, and I'm back to baseline.
