I will sometimes fast 24 hours or more. The hardest part is transitioning back to my typical 16hr-18hr fast. Going 24 hours or more, eating, and then trying to go another 16hrs is very difficult. It has sometimes led to excessive eating over the following day. Any suggestions on how to make this work consistently?
I understand that a traditional sauna is recommended for the health benefits described in various episodes. However a hot bath has also been mentioned in some of those same episodes. Due to size and cost constraints a traditional sauna is not an option for me. It seems to me that an infrared sauna that heats to approx 160 would we as effective as a hot bath. Please clarify. Thank you!
