Hello Dr. Huberman and Team, I learned a lot in the podcast on alcohol. I would like to learn more about if there are any specific tools/supplements/anything else than can be used to assist the body in recovering from alcohol. For example, supplements like H-Proof contain “Proprietary Liver Support Blend* Silymarin (From Milk Thistle Seed Extract), Taurine, Dihydromyricetin (DHM), L-Glutathione.” Is there any evidence that using supplements like this with LMNT help with the negative affects of drinking alcohol? Secondarily: Would you consider doing a podcast on the evidence based tools to assist in quicker recovery from common colds and/or the flu?
