expected offspring, maternal habits

Dear Professor, I would like to inquire, whether you have plans for an episode of nutritional requirements of pregnant and lactating women? Mostly highlighting the crucial points of sufficient micronutrient and trace element intake, as well as general recommendations on adequate protein and energy intake? Apart from nutrition, I'm also interested in certain behavioral changes one can implement to better the intrauterine development (mostly neurologic) of the offspring. Obviously factors like stress, insecurity, poverty have a huge impact on the developing human, but, it would be nice to recapitulate the recommendations for lifestyle management and behavioral choices in the months of pregnancy. Thank you very much for the effort put into the podcasts and social media activity. Your work is truly inspiring, and I'm looking forward to upcoming episodes. Kind regards

episode on asthma / optimizing lung function

I would love to have an episode on asthma / optimizing lung function. Maybe Patrick McKeown could be a guest on this or a seperate episode.

Pros and Cons of 'classical' Memory Training and Techniques

I believe you have briefly mentioned "classical" memory training/techniques, such as mnemonics, linking words to pictures and associations in several episodes. My impression is, and I might be completely wrong, you see them mostly as a crutch. However I feel like they might be a useful tool in one's arsenal if you want to remember a lot of information. I would love to hear an in-depth and science-backed discussion about the pros and cons of such techniques.

Arthiritis

Aee there ways of helping you immune system tackle rheumatoid arthritis without taking autoimmune suppressants? For example I’m now taking Boswellia and Boran and no medication and it seems effective.

Sponsors on Podcast

Would it be possible for you to start the podcasts with a single sentence noting the sponsors and then do the detailed information about them at the end ? Your podcast has provided the most useful information to me, especially the one about sleep. I've recommended the podcast to several people including my wife son and daughter. My wife and son stopped listening immediately when they heard the long beginning about sponsors. My daughter persevered but still complained to me.
