Beta blockers

Hi, I currently take a beta blocker 160mg at night to help with migraines. Although reading into how they work, they seem to affect the body's reaction to stress by blocking adrenaline. I am currently sitting my accountancy professional exams so dedicate a lot of time to studying. My question relates to beta blockers and their interaction with adrenaline, do they negatively affect your ability to learn? As a majority of the tools to learn faster/improve memory revolve around raising your adrenaline. Thank you

What kind of water is best to drink daily?

There’s mineral water, spring water, tap water, filtered tap water, and probably a lot more. Does it make a difference which water we choose to drink daily? Obviously different types have different contents, but what is it exactly we are looking for the most in water? Are there any credible studies on that?

cannabis use and quality of sleep

I am interested in data regarding the quality of sleep with edible indica strains. I have a number of older patients who use it nightly and perceive that they are sleeping better. Are they actually sleeping better and getting the benefits of sleep or are they only perceiving that they are sleeping better.

Fasting for Autophagy

I’ve been doing the OMAD (One Meal a Day) diet and seeing great results. How do I know when autophagy starts? I see a few mentions that it happens anywhere from 14 to 18hrs or up to 4 days of fasting.

LSD stops anaphylaxis?

I am severely allergic to vespid venom where I have experienced anaphylaxis 2 times from being stung by Yellowjackets. I nearly died on my way to the ER from my blood pressure tanking to a level close to cardiac arrest. I have also had my throat swell and required multiple epi injections , steroids and Benadryl at an urgent care. I require epi pens and I have severe restrictions in environments where Yellowjackets or hornets are a threat. One winter evening I took LSD with some friends. We were located at a rustic cabin far from civilization, with a wood burning stove. About the time that the drugs took full effect, I sat down on the floor and onto a Yellowjacket that had crawled out of some fire wood. It stung me in the butt, directly and severely. Unfortunately I did not have an epi pen with me (it was winter and they do not survive outdoors normally in the that location). I was certain I was going to die as I had nearly died in every previous sting. However, I had only a local skin reaction and no anaphylaxis. Needless to say it was a profound experience as we couldn’t drive for help, and I was certain I was going to die while being stung high on LSD. After that situation I went through allergy shots for vespid venom and I experienced anaphylaxis (requiring epinephrine and steroids as a result of shot therapy), proving to me that my allergy was still the same. Can you suggest what the LSD did to my immune system /brain/ body and how my body was able to not go into shock?
