What exactly is "patience"? Is our level of patience based on our current state of psychological or physiological health? Is it taught by example during development? Is it empathy or self-control? How can we further develop our level of patience in today's world?
I'm Korean. It might sound foolish, but I lost consciousness due to synthetic marijuana given to me by a colleague. I was thinking it was just a regular nicotine cigarette, I inhaled it 8 times. after that I heard that 3-4 puffs were the normal dosage. The effects started to show in about 1-2 minutes, and I felt as if I were dying. I'm extremely worried about potential brain damage more than anything else. I was rushed to the emergency room and discharged after a few hours, but could my brain cells have been destroyed? At that time, I felt as though I was suffering from a mental disorder, with my head feeling extremely full and about to burst. I read on the internet and heard from ChatGPT that synthetic marijuana can cause neurotoxicity and kill brain cells. Is that really true? I am very worried about this....
Are there benefits of doing things the "old school way" vs the modern age way? Here are a few examples to get the notion. Will you remember more/process differently from reading the hardcopy book vs Kindle/smartphone/PC? Is it better to journal in a hardcopy diary vs a smartphone app for health benefits? I hope you get the idea :) Thanks!
In AMA #12 you elaborated on NR/NMN effect on mitochondrial health. I am supplementing with mitopure from timeline nutrition that contains Urolithin A. My question: could you pls. do a comparison of NR/NMN versus Urolithin A? Thank you for your dedication to improve the health of all of us
