Hey Andrew, for a while now I have been seeing lots of spots everywhere from my eyes and is especially noticeable at night and is affecting my sleep because I also see it when I close my eyes, a good representation of what I see is if you watch a TV show from the 80s/90s and you see all of the static everywhere. At the start I thought it would get better but has not for about a year now and afraid it will get worse, I am currently on a healthy diet, supplementing omega-3, viatimin d and magnesium threonate, any feedback would be greatly appreciated Cheers from Australia!
I alternate between periods (few weeks to a couple of months) of two binary states - extremely high motivation to do multiple things (side, projects, making music, etc) OR really low motivation where I can barely do anything and only look for short term entertainment like video games and pornography. What would be the best set of protocols to normalize those extremes into a more stable and consistent state?
