In your most recent AMA #13 podcast, you mentioned that there is relationship between core body temperature & susceptibility to colds & flus. What is this relationship and what are ways to adjust your overall core body temperature to be less susceptible to viruses (especially for those who live in an area that have winter/cold seasons)?
Are you familiar with applied behavior analysis as a technology to help change behavior? If so, the power of operant conditioning/learned behavior specifically and the science in specific bx change tactics. It has helped many developmental disabled learn and change culture surrounding nonverbal people, autism, etc. AND, aligns with the average joe's behavioral routines you talk about.
