I have been incorporating some of the protocols you suggest and I truly believe they have made a huge difference, so thank you! I’d like to incorporate some of this stuff into my kids’ lives. I have two boys (13 and 14) who are very active and one has ADD. Most of the supplement dosages are for adults. I understand that these may not be tested in kids and teens, but are there some I should be focusing on for my kids? I give them a multivitamin, D3/K2, and Magnesium (one that has threonate, glycinate and malate). Any recommendations? Also, maybe an episode geared towards parenting and best ways of supporting children/teens/early adults (there’s a lot of discussion regarding gentle parenting, harmful effects of spanking, etc). Thank you!
