Glasses that go dark automatically
I have glasses with transition lenses which go darker when exposed to UV light, and I'm concerned that I won't be getting as many light related benefits if I wear these glasses during the day. However they're also very comfortable when it happens to be a very sunny wonderful day and it's like 1 pm and clear outside and I definitely need sunglasses so I'm thinking about getting another pair of glasses which does not have this transition quality and they're just clear totally clear and wear the clear ones in the morning and the transition ones only after I get my morning sunlight for example.
EvolvED Capacity Assessment
