Could you please reach out to have Sam Harris on a podcast! The topic could be focused around the mind and meditation with a sprinkle of questions on; - his view on philosophy that is based on science providing the direction, - what is a ‘self’ - free will not existing - his pledge for % of income to help others and the effect of philanthropy and good will on the mind etc. Would be an incredible podcast!
Around different goals (eg endurance athlete, strength athlete, longevity) - how to combine the range of protocols to support achieving of a particular goal. For instance, there has been discussions on the benefits of intermittent fasting, but how would you utilise this if your goal was an athletic performance where calories are important. Building on that, what may be the negative of focusing on a particular goal which meant some protocols aren’t adopted? Thanks
I want to ask you what your thoughts are on PSSD, why is no doctor talking about the fact that antidepressants can permanently disable your ability to orgasm even after you stop them? What could be happening neurologically to block sexual functioning for such an extended period of time? Also, what would you hypothesise could be the reason that many PSSD patients are physically unable to cry? This is really important as apparently 1/5 people get persistent sexual dysfunction after stopping the medication, but we don’t know how long it persists for - some im months, others decades! Please talk about this, especially with the increasing number of gen z being over medicated, more and more people will be chemically castrated without warnings
