There’s so much talk about cortisol these days but after completing a DUTCH test and seeing that my metabolized cortisol (THF + THE) is super low while my free cortisol is within normal range, I have discovered that there is little to no information on how to improve this relationship. Are there “ways” to improve cortisol metabolism? I’m awaiting a consult with my Doctor but always appreciate your insight and expertise. Thank you!
As an expert in health and the brain, I'm interested in your perspective on neurofeedback and neurotherapy. I understand that there has been a significant amount of skepticism surrounding these techniques over the years. However, after decades of research and application, there appears to be a growing body of evidence suggesting that neurofeedback and neurotherapy can be effective for various conditions. At the same time, I recognize that not all modalities within these fields are the same, and some may work better or differently than others. Given the complex nature of this topic, could you please share your insights on the current state of neurofeedback and neurotherapy?
Andrew, I have experienced such a deep disappointment reading the article about how you have treated your women. Although you are not the first and far not the last person, famous or not, to do that, I wonder if there is an explanation why this particular case hurts so much. Can you give me an explanation why this remote and one-sided “relationship” of me as an avid listener and appreciator of your professional work and you as a professional podcaster crumbles in light of the knowledge of your wrongdoings? You haven’t done anything bad to me personally, but yet I truly feel so sad. Also please explain what makes it so impossible for guys who cheat to use protection? And finally, after all, can you do an episode fully on cheating - what drives people to cheat, how they do it, how they explain it to themselves, how they live with that, and what happens next? You probably know better what to include into this episode.. Thank you.
Your podcast coupled with my own personal dedication and consistency has me happy and feeling better than I ever have. I’ve developed healthy habits that will stick with me for my lifetime. Please keep the content coming and thank you for the positive impact you have had on my life and life span. My question Eng3 and the NanoVi. I added it to my bedtime routine in October. I box breath in it while stacking PEMF, sleep and recovery is improved. You have informed me the box breathing alone could be where I’m seeing improved recovery. The science check out on this 14k machine?
